Meals in Minutes, can it be true? We will explore how to create quick, healthy balanced meals in minutes.

You don’t need a culinary degree to prepare healthy meals, but you do need to prepare. We will review how to prep, plan, and get creative for quick, nutritionally balanced meals.

About the speaker: Raquel Russell, RD, CDCES is currently working for the Foregut, Metabolic, and General Surgery Program at UC Davis Medical Center. She specializes in the bariatric and weight management field, holding a Certificate in Adult Weight Management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Raquel enjoys sharing her passion for food and nutrition with others to help overcome challenges  and promote a healthy lifestyle in practical ways.
