Join us for this 3-session course to explore mindful awareness, learn what it is and ways to bring it into your life.

The course will include experiential exercises and home practices to explore mindful awareness in your daily life. Open to beginners and those who wish to boost their existing practice. Offered at no cost to current UC Davis employees.

  • Dates: Tuesdays, Sept. 19, 26; Oct. 3
  • Time: 4:15-5:30 p.m.
  • Location: Online (details will be provided to participants)

Because this is a skill development course and community support is a key factor - we ask that you apply only if you know you can commit to attending all of the class sessions and participate actively with your video on.
