All chemical inventories must be certified annually. The certification period is between January 16, 2023 and January 15, 2024.

Certification can be done at any point of the year between Jan 16 and Jan 15 of the following (e.g., Jan. 16, 2023 - Jan. 15, 2024).

How to check if your inventory has been certified:

1. Log into UC Chemicals.
2. Follow these simple steps to check.

If your inventory has not been certified in the past 12 months:

1. Log into UC Chemicals.
2. Review chemicals listed in your inventory to ensure the inventory is up-to-date. If you participate in the ChemTag program you can borrow a scanner from EH&S to assist with your inventory reconciliation.
3. Follow these steps to certify once your inventory has been updated.
